Wave Royale is operated by Levan Bakhia ("we," "our," or "us"), based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Key Points: We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the game experience. We do not sell your personal information. No ads, no analytics SDKs, no third-party tracking.
Information We Collect
Information Generated Automatically
When you first launch the App, the following data is created automatically:
- Device ID: A unique identifier generated and stored in your device's Keychain. This is used for account authentication. It is not your Apple ID and is not linked to your personal identity.
Information You Provide
- Username: A name you choose when first playing. This is visible to other players on leaderboards and in matches.
Game Data
We store gameplay data necessary to maintain your game state:
- Trophy count and leaderboard position
- Card collection, levels, and deck configuration
- Match history and statistics
- Quest progress and engagement data (chests, daily deals, streaks)
- Tutorial completion status
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Real name, email address, or phone number
- Location or GPS data
- Contacts or address book
- Photos, camera, or microphone
- Health or fitness data
- Browsing history
- Financial or payment information (purchases are handled entirely by Apple)

Data Sharing and Disclosure

- No analytics or tracking services are used
- No data brokers receive your information
Your username and trophy count are visible to other players on in-game leaderboards. No other data is shared with other players.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Data Storage and Security
All game data is stored on our Nakama game server hosted on a DigitalOcean server. Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database and is associated only with your device-generated ID.
We implement appropriate security measures including:
- Encrypted communication between the App and server
- Secure server infrastructure with access controls
- No storage of sensitive personal information
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention
- Game data: Retained as long as your account exists
- Inactive accounts: Data remains on the server indefinitely until deletion is requested
Your Rights and Choices
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of all your game data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days.

You may request a copy of your stored data by contacting us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only data collected is a device-generated ID and a self-chosen username — no real names, emails, or identifying information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

- Right to request deletion of personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)
